This hotel is a great choice for those visiting Hualien City. Its location in the best area in town makes it incredibly convenient to explore all that the city has to offer. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. The hotel provides basic amenities without any elaborate decorations, which adds to its charm. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included in the rate is a nice bonus.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, as everything is either a walk or a bike ride away. The hotel staff was always happy to lend us bicycles, and the hotel was close to the shopping area. It was also very clean, and the staff was excellent in terms of service and friendliness. Lastly, the hotel provided free transportation to the train station, which saved us time.

Free shuttle from the transportation terminal was a nice plus, especially after a long train ride. the staff provided a thorough map and good food recommendations for us to explore the area.

The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable which made it difficult to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Our room didn't have a good view, so it was a bit of a letdown given the high rise building which we thought could provide a nice view.

We arrived at the hotel by train, and we were happy to see it was close to a lot of Hualien's attractions. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. the staff provided good service, calling taxis and giving us lifts to the train station for free. the breakfast had plenty of dishes to choose from; however, the vegetables were not fresh.

Arriving at this hotel for our Easter break was the best decision we could have made. The location was perfect, and everything was close by. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were even picked up from the train station and offered a free transportation service. , they provided us with bikes which helped us explore the city.

Honestly, there was nothing that we didn't like about our stay. The Wi-Fi was spotty in our room but usable in the lobby and there was no view from our window, but we were seldom in our room, so that never really bothered us.
